Day of the Girl at Longue Vue
What: This year’s theme is “art as activism.” Participants will learn about renewable resources in a time of climate change and how to make ink and pens from sustainable materials and create drawings from the gardens on handmade paper. You’ll be outside and working with your hands and sharp tools so dress comfortably.

Where: The parade starts at Armstrong Park (N. Rampart at St. Ann) and proceeds on a 15-block route through the French Quarter.
